We have our own lab in factory to solve the potential risks of new items in development stage, to guarantee to the quality of mass production. We also have a quarterly safety regulation training agreement with external lab to help us fully understand the testing requirements and obtain the new test requirements at the first time. We can do below tests in factory: part of Mechanical and physical test; flammability test; Determination of heavy metals content; Transportation test; drop test; tip-over test; slope stability test; impact test; tension test; salt mist test; color fastness to rubbing; small parts test; shape edge test; staircase tumble test; cut oil test and so on.
